Kickoff & Strategy
A successful project begins with absolute clarity. Our first step is a strategic discovery session—conducted either in-person, over the phone, or via video call. Prior to or during this session, we ask you to complete a Project Brief—a straightforward questionnaire that captures your core business goals, technical requirements, and design preferences. If you don't have the time or prefer not to fill it out independently, our team will gladly guide you through it and complete it together. During this meeting, we gather a comprehensive understanding of your business, focusing on your specific pain points and the challenges your customers face. Following our conversation, our team conducts deep independent research to analyze your market niche, competitors, and target audience, ensuring we know exactly what your new digital product needs to achieve.
Based on this information, we create the foundational blueprint for your project. The result of this stage depends on the size and complexity of your task:
For standard websites, we build structural prototypes (wireframes) of all typical pages. This gives you a clear visual layout of where every button, image, and text block will be placed before we even start the design phase.
For large projects and platforms, we draft a comprehensive Technical Specification, also known as a Statement of Work (SOW). This robust document includes prototypes of all typical pages, a detailed description of every functional feature, and comprehensive User Flows—diagrams that map out exactly how a user navigates and interacts with your platform from start to finish.
After gathering all the initial data, our team gets to work on creating your Prototype or SOW. Once it is ready, we present the result to you for review. If everything looks perfect, you approve it, and this document becomes the strict foundation for the next stage—the visual design. If you feel something isn't quite right, you simply provide your feedback. We will make the necessary revisions and refine the document until you are completely satisfied and officially approve the final blueprint. This approved result guarantees accurate costs and fixed development deadlines.
Discovery Session: We discuss your business goals, target audience, and market competitors.
The Deliverable: We create a clear visual layout or a step-by-step technical plan showing exactly how your project will work.
Approval & Contract: We tweak the plan until you love it. Then we sign a contract that locks in the exact cost and deadlines.
